Warranty Policy
In order to provide a consistent and easy return/exchange experience for our customers, customers must meet the minimum return/exchange policy requirements listed below and the following requirements will automatically apply to seller's returns/exchanges.
Conditions applicable to returns and refunds:

1. Returns for quality issues

You have 30 days (from the date of purchase) to request a return/refund. You need to request a return within 7 calendar days of the longest estimated delivery date or 30 days from the order date, whichever is later.

Replacement Request:

If the product has quality problems within 2 years from the date of purchase, please provide the following information to request a replacement.

1) Product order number;

2) The purchase link from which you purchased the product;

3) A video or picture that clearly shows the product problem.

Once the replacement request is approved, we will send you a replacement unit free of charge. However, if it takes more than 30 days from the date of purchase, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

2、Returns and exchanges without quality problems

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have other subjective opinions, you can apply for a return and refund within at least 7 days from the date of delivery. If the product is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase or within 7 days from the date of delivery (whichever is later) and is not defective, 70% of the depreciation and shipping costs in both directions will be borne by the buyer.

3. Cancellation of Orders

If you purchase an item from the Kospet website and wish to cancel your order after the item has been shipped, you will be required to refuse delivery of the package and be responsible for shipping charges.

4. The following cases will not be offered for exchange:

1) The product is out of warranty and needs to be repaired.

2) A legitimate proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to be forged or altered.

3) The product sent to ROLLME for replacement is found to be free of defects after all appropriate tests have been performed. Any failure or damage to the product is due to unauthorized use or modification of the product.

4) Proof of damage in transit from the carrier cannot be provided.

5) Other cases as specified in this policy.
